Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management and administrative support for customer contracts, enhancing customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding repair status, RMAs, and technical support
- Develop and manage maintenance contracts, ensuring proper documentation and communication with customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and contract management software preferred
- Ability to supervise direct reports and make accountable decisions
