Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Contract Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee management and administrative support for customer contracts, enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding repair status, RMAs, and technical support
  • Develop and manage maintenance contracts, ensuring proper documentation and communication with customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and contract management software preferred
  • Ability to supervise direct reports and make accountable decisions
