Lead Contract Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Contracts Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the redlining, review, negotiation, and finalization of various business contracts
• Provide analytical and strategic support to Commercial Operations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and assist in the processing of agreements and RFP/RFI documentation

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience in a related field is required; Paralegal experience is a plus
• Experience in redlining commercial agreements, including third-party contracts
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Proficient in Excel, Word, BAMS, and Icertis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
