Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Contract Manager to oversee contract management for large-scale energy and utility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the contract management team and enhance project performance visibility through tracking and reporting tools
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor contract performance and provide insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in contract management for large-scale utility, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams in high-stakes environments
• Deep understanding of EPC and E/PC contract structures and risk allocation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in contract management software and financial tracking tools
