Lead Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing negotiations for 3rd Party Fiber/Conduit Agreements, the full-time remote Lead Contract Manager will oversee multiple contracts, mentor team members, and ensure compliance within the Network Infrastructure Services department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and acquisitions of infrastructure contracts with third-party providers
• Act as project manager for assigned construction projects and coordinate with various functional groups
• Provide mentorship and training to other Contract Managers while ensuring adherence to processes

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management OSP with large customer exposure
• Minimum of three years in a Telecom contract management role with significant responsibility
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation, with knowledge of contract terms
• Proficiency in MS Office, GIS-based mapping tools, and various multimedia equipment
• Preferred experience in telecom outside plant design, construction, or network planning
