Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Contract Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational activities for assigned client projects and supervise Project Operations Specialists
• Assist with contract creation and recruitment email campaigns while developing project-specific protocols
• Monitor productivity metrics and provide training on project-specific tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in a management role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams
• Capacity to adapt to quickly changing priorities
