Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Contracts Coordinator to manage the contracting process for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create contracts and manage the contracting process using the Emptoris Contract Management System
  • Manage workload and assign tasks to temporary contract coordination staff
  • Maintain databases and prepare statistical data for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in contracting, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, contracting, and/or provider information preferred
  • Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and Access required
