Lead Conversational AI Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Lead Conversational AI Developer, this full-time remote position will manage the full lifecycle development of scalable chatbots and virtual assistants, utilizing AI and natural language processing technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the design and deployment of chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework and similar technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design conversational flows
• Integrate NLP and NLU techniques to enhance chatbot user interactions and responses

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of software development experience, focusing on conversational AI or chatbots
• Expertise in Azure Bot Framework v4 and backend development with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Experience with Azure Integration Services and Salesforce API integrations
• Familiarity with data-driven optimization techniques using Power BI
