Job Summary
To support new patient leads, the full-time Lead Conversion Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and text, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments while maintaining a compassionate and organized approach in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and texts from new patient leads and make outbound follow-up communications
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments by guiding patients through the booking process and addressing common questions
- Triage intake-related issues and maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions for seamless follow-up
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, patient support, or scheduling roles
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or high-volume scheduling environments is preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling workflows and basic insurance/intake concepts
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple conversations effectively
