Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Lead Core Operations will monitor claims workflow, coordinate staff activities, and implement quality improvement processes in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and control backlog and workflow of claims while coordinating day-to-day activities with supervisors and managers
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance claims processes and provide training as a subject matter expert
  • Review and update other insurance records in the claims transactional system and COB tracking database
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in billing, claims review, or processing
  • 3 years of experience in the managed care or healthcare industry
