Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Core Tech team to deliver high-quality engine systems and frameworks
• Own technical direction and execution for core engine work in Unreal Engine 5
• Mentor engineers and drive performance and technical health across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a technical leadership role with a focus on mentoring engineers
• Proven experience architecting and delivering core engine systems for a shipped title
• Expert-level C++ development experience
• Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine systems and workflows
• Experience shipping on current-generation consoles, including optimization
