Lead Corporate Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Corporate Strategy Analyst to support strategy development, M&A transactions, and business development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Corporate Strategy team, Executives, and Business Leaders to develop strategies and identify M&A opportunities
• Analyze and synthesize internal and external data to provide competitive intelligence and benchmarking to executives
• Lead internal M&A modeling, diligence, and execution activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of strategy experience, preferably in banking
• Strong financial acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
