Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end legal support
- Manage outside counsel
- Act as a thought leader on all legal, compliance, regulatory, and policy matters
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of combined experience in major law firms and in-house legal departments in high-growth tech companies
- Deep understanding of relevant U.S. laws and acts
- Experience advising all levels of the organization, including senior executives
- Self-starter, quick learner with a sense of urgency
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in specific jurisdictions
