Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Counsel, Community Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and enforcing global community policies and anti-discrimination defenses
Collaborate with product teams to implement new anti-discrimination measures
Provide legal advice on various matters related to policy enforcement and community safety

Required Qualifications:

J.D. with strong academic credentials
Member of California Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel
Minimum 12 years of experience in litigation, risk mitigation, and civil rights work
Experience with global policy application and artificial intelligence is a plus
Possess a highly-developed sense of urgency in time-sensitive matters
