Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a variety of projects managed by Creative Producers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and manage production budgets, expenses, and P&L indicators across projects
• Directly manage and mentor 3-5 Creative Producers, guiding their career growth and performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in popular Social Media video production, collecting more than a million views
• Proven experience in managing several projects simultaneously (as a Lead or Senior Producer)
• Strong understanding of content production processes, budgets, and platform dynamics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage costs and drive profitability
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor producer talent
