Job Summary

To drive customer retention marketing initiatives, the temporary Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager will manage creative campaigns remotely, applying strategic direction and agency collaboration to enhance customer loyalty and revenue while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agency partners, aligning creative strategies with business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end creative campaigns, including analyzing briefs, ensuring agency adherence, and overseeing project schedules and quality control
  • Present creative work and campaign strategies to senior leadership, consolidating feedback and documenting post-campaign learnings
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, creative services, or marketing project management
  • Proven experience managing external creative agencies from concept through final delivery
  • Background in customer retention marketing with a focus on loyalty and churn reduction
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with project management tools like Smartsheet and Figma
