Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between media buying and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define creative strategies and translate media buyer insights into actionable briefs
- Manage and develop a team of Junior Creative Strategists, ensuring their professional growth
- Lead performance analysis and data-driven testing to optimize creative assets
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and data translation into creative briefs
- Proficiency in project management tools, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools
- Ability to work fully remote and align with Eastern Time (EST) hours
- Experience in Telehealth is a plus
