Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define creative strategies and translate media buyer insights into actionable briefs
  • Manage and develop a team of Junior Creative Strategists, ensuring their professional growth
  • Lead performance analysis and data-driven testing to optimize creative assets
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and data translation into creative briefs
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools
  • Ability to work fully remote and align with Eastern Time (EST) hours
  • Experience in Telehealth is a plus
