Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM client engagements from discovery through deployment
  • Develop and optimize retention marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value
  • Measure and refine engagement and retention programs to maximize revenue and profit results
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in Marketing, Loyalty Strategy, CRM, or Communications
  • Understanding of CRM or user-level schema for segmentation and targeting
  • Proven experience with email and sales data for trend analysis
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
