Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success management, partnerships, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience in SaaS and Customer Success preferred
  • Strong grasp on Customer Success processes and workflow efficiencies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Team-first orientation and strong work ethic
