Key Responsibilities

• Own the curriculum roadmap by collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify customer curriculum needs
• Manage the curriculum development lifecycle by implementing frameworks and templates to enhance resource quality
• Facilitate the curriculum development process and monitor effectiveness, making adjustments based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design and project management
• A technical background in analytics, math, data science, or programming
• Experience in creating or delivering technical content live or virtually
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, remote, and fast-paced environment
• Experience with product thinking or collaborating with customer success teams is a plus
