Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer advocacy marketing strategies
  • Tell customer stories across various channels and formats
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams to amplify customer stories and support the Voice of the Customer program

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in communications, marketing, or partnerships
  • Experience working with B2B partners
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies
  • Experience in the healthcare or mental health industry preferred
