Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst to execute research strategies and analyze customer data to improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review research needs with stakeholders and lead proactive identification
  • Execute research strategies for major initiatives, ensuring alignment with the customer journey
  • Manage intake and resource planning for new research requests and mentor Customer Insights Analysts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 6 years of relevant experience in research and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics, Clarabridge, Tableau, and/or Power BI
  • Experience with Care Connects, OMNI, Calabrio, and AWS Connect
  • Ability to assist in candidate recruiting and mentoring of team members
