Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Onboarding Specialist to oversee complex customer implementations and enhance onboarding excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple strategic customer implementations, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
  • Architect cross-Hub onboarding solutions and communicate trade-offs and risks effectively
  • Mentor peers and influence product strategy through customer insights and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation and strategic adoption of SaaS platforms
  • Proven success in managing multiple high-complexity customer implementations
  • Expert-level knowledge of the HubSpot platform and cross-Hub solution architecture
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategy with data
  • Experience in mentoring peers with a strong foundation in project and change management
