Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Onboarding Specialist to oversee complex customer implementations and enhance onboarding excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple strategic customer implementations, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
- Architect cross-Hub onboarding solutions and communicate trade-offs and risks effectively
- Mentor peers and influence product strategy through customer insights and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation and strategic adoption of SaaS platforms
- Proven success in managing multiple high-complexity customer implementations
- Expert-level knowledge of the HubSpot platform and cross-Hub solution architecture
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategy with data
- Experience in mentoring peers with a strong foundation in project and change management
