Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with various inquiries and issues
- Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations or requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Must complete Customer Service training and demonstrate proficiency
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
