Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Answer incoming calls to assist customers with various inquiries and issues
  • Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations or requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
  • Must complete Customer Service training and demonstrate proficiency
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
