Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members, serving as a subject matter expert
  • Engage with Client Management on client-facing matters, handling escalations and delivering performance updates
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizations while ensuring timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or 2+ years in an office environment using phone and computer
  • 1+ years of experience handling escalation calls and resolving issues
  • 1+ years of call center experience
