Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Lead Customer Service Representative will ensure quality service for internal and external customers, monitor issue resolution, and educate clients on billing procedures while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure quality customer service by identifying needs and problem-solving in partnership with billing and eligibility specialists
  • Monitor and resolve delegated customer service issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Educate new customers on billing/invoicing setup and procedures while placing follow-up calls as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or 3+ years in an office environment using telephone and computer
  • Familiarity with computers and Windows PCs, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Availability to work full-time and flexibility for shift schedules during business hours
