Job Summary

Compassionately delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Lead Customer Service Representative will assist 50 to 70 callers daily, resolve complex issues, and serve as a resource for team members while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency
