Job Summary
Compassionately delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Lead Customer Service Representative will assist 50 to 70 callers daily, resolve complex issues, and serve as a resource for team members while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
- Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency
