Job Summary

Lead Customer Solutions Engineer, responsible for developing customer relationships and commercial offers in the Risk Applications sector, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create customer-specific commercial offers and collaborate with internal teams on product strategy
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues during project execution and support opportunity pipeline growth
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or related fields
  • Familiarity with Nuclear Power Plant design and operations
  • Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant PRA models and risk-informed applications
  • Understanding of market drivers and participants in the nuclear sector
