Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Data Scientist - Industry Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and success plans for customer adoption and value maximization
• Act as a trusted advisor, conducting customer health assessments and building long-term relationships
• Guide R&D efforts in applied machine learning and AI, creating custom solutions for industry-specific use cases

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of data science experience with relevant software environments and programming languages
• 6-8+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and project delivery
• 6-8+ years of experience applying analytics to industry-specific data problems
• Master's or higher degree in a STEM field with graduate classes in statistics and data mining
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
