Job Summary

Driving customer success in a remote capacity, the full-time Lead Customer Success Engineer will manage onboarding, adoption, and optimization of Veeam's Securiti Data Command Center platform while proactively identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer onboarding, including account setup and stakeholder orientation
  • Analyze platform usage to identify expansion opportunities and conduct success planning sessions
  • Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles related to data security, privacy, or governance
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, data platforms, and security technologies
  • Experience in conducting technical assessments and driving adoption programs
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CISSP
  • Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to synthesize technical and business insights
