Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor other Customer Success Engineers while providing tactical recommendations
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure successful product usage and customer growth
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to advocate for customer needs and expedite issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including prior leadership roles
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in Dynatrace technologies and related third-party technologies
  • Professional Level Dynatrace certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months
