Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor other Customer Success Engineers while providing tactical recommendations
- Act as a subject matter expert to ensure successful product usage and customer growth
- Engage with customers and internal teams to advocate for customer needs and expedite issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including prior leadership roles
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in Dynatrace technologies and related third-party technologies
- Professional Level Dynatrace certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months
