Job Summary

Driving long-term customer outcomes, the full-time remote Lead Customer Success Engineer will manage onboarding, adoption, and optimization of Veeam's Securiti Data Command Center platform while proactively identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer account setup, onboarding, and stakeholder orientation while introducing support channels
  • Analyze platform usage to identify expansion opportunities and conduct success planning aligned with business outcomes
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to provide updates on risks, status, and opportunities, supporting alignment on roadmaps
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, or enterprise software
  • Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, and security technologies
  • Strong experience in conducting technical assessments and driving adoption programs
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, CISSP, or similar
  • Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
