Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer relationship from onboarding through to long-term success
  • Lead onboarding, workshops, and training sessions to ensure customer success
  • Monitor customer health and engagement, proactively addressing issues and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients
  • Proactive mindset focused on preventing problems before they arise
  • Experience with large-scale systems migration and change management
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
