Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship from onboarding through to long-term success
- Lead onboarding, workshops, and training sessions to ensure customer success
- Monitor customer health and engagement, proactively addressing issues and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients
- Proactive mindset focused on preventing problems before they arise
- Experience with large-scale systems migration and change management
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
