Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager to drive commercial outcomes and lead a team of Customer Success Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of Customer Success Managers, holding regular 1:1s and supporting client interactions
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, co-leading renewals and upsells while ensuring client KPIs are documented and tracked
  • Provide accurate forecasts for renewals and expansions, collaborating cross-functionally to address client challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles, with 1-2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to manage both people and enterprise client relationships effectively
  • Track record of driving retention and measurable client impact
  • Strong coaching and people development skills
  • Process-driven with the ability to enforce consistency while fostering innovation
