Lead Cybersecurity Content Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a results-oriented Lead Cybersecurity Content Engineer in a full-time remote role, who will manage the technical direction and leadership for training topics, ensuring the materials are pedagogically sound and technically accurate while also mentoring other engineers and contributing to course material development.

Key responsibilities

• Review, coach, and provide technical direction in specific training areas
• Draft topic outlines, write content, and build lab environments as an individual contributor
• Design and implement hands-on exercises that assess students based on written content

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience in Defense, including threat hunting or malware analysis
• Significant technical expertise in the desired area
• Experience in training creation or online content development is preferred
• Some experience with mentoring, coaching, and leadership
• Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
