Lead Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of product cybersecurity compliance and vulnerability management, the full-time remote Lead Cybersecurity Engineer will ensure adherence to industry standards while managing cybersecurity policies, conducting risk assessments, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and monitoring of cybersecurity policies aligned with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
• Oversee the vulnerability management program, conducting system-level analysis to identify and remediate security weaknesses
• Conduct deep-dive risk assessments and develop proactive strategies to enhance the security posture of the product portfolio

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cybersecurity compliance or vulnerability management
• At least 3 years' experience with OT-specific frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
