Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst (Remote) specializing in Quality, STARS & Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in data exploration and analysis using various programming languages and database structures
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and business recommendations
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of data solutions while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role
• Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of Medicare risk adjustment is preferred
• Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• Familiarity with claims data and analytical tools is beneficial
