Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics initiatives and deliver data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives
• Perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex insights clearly and effectively

Required Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology, or a related field
• Five years of relevant technical or business work experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Databricks Agent and AI/ML capabilities
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to real-world problems
