Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to design and execute hiring plans
• Own forecast models and develop metrics and tools for Claims Learning
• Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project work

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
