Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join their Finance team remotely in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain financial and operational models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Define and implement KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor business health
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business trends and deliver insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in Finance or GTM teams
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI
• Experience with financial modeling and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
• Strong business acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience in tech startups or dynamic technology companies
