Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst in Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze integrated datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions and improve clinical outcomes
• Develop and maintain complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools
• Lead enterprise-wide projects and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 5+ years in IT
• Healthcare analytics experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, is preferred
