Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to evaluate impact and synthesize data into actionable insights
• Lead large-scale analytical efforts, including opportunity sizing and experimental design
• Mentor peers in analysis design and represent analytics in leadership discussions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related roles
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting complex product behaviors
• Strong product sense and ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces
• Collaborative mindset with strong emotional intelligence
