Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to evaluate potential impact and synthesize complex data into actionable narratives
• Independently lead large-scale analytical efforts, including opportunity sizing and experimental design
• Serve as a strategic thought partner in product development by contextualizing analytics with company strategy and market trends

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related roles, preferably in tech or ecommerce
• Deep fluency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for analysis and modeling
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting complex product behaviors through data
• Strong product sense and ability to own ambiguous problem spaces
• Collaborative mindset with emotional intelligence and a passion for team culture centered around curiosity and impact
