Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to transform regulatory data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of regulatory data calls and statistical reporting, including recurring and ad hoc requests
• Analyze complex P&C insurance datasets to produce accurate, audit-ready deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Strong working knowledge of insurance and actuarial KPIs, and regulatory requirements
• Expertise in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, or engineering
• Experience documenting analytical processes and supporting audits
