Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst, Medicare Risk Adjustment (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in data exploration and analysis using various programming languages and database structures
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide business recommendations and insights
• Lead the design, development, validation, and delivery of data solutions while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8 years of experience in an analytical/quantitative role
• Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on Medicare risk adjustment
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
• Hands-on experience with Big Data/NoSQL platforms and project management skills
