Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in comprehensive data exploration and analysis to generate insights and recommendations
• Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing data-related inquiries and issues
• Monitor and report on risk adjustment KPIs to inform operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of additional relevant work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytical or quantitative roles
• Deep understanding of risk adjustment in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and experience with Big Data platforms
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
