Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Lead to impact business strategy and customer satisfaction through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to derive insights and identify business value opportunities
• Define customer performance indicators (CPIs) and design A/B tests to enhance customer experiences
• Lead projects from discovery through testing and implementation

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
