Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in data exploration using various programming languages and advanced knowledge of database structures
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop business recommendations
• Research and analyze data flow across complex data ecosystems and manage stakeholder requirements for data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 8 years of experience in an analytical/quantitative role, or 12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in the healthcare industry, including Appeals and Grievances
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of analytical tools, languages, applications, and platforms
