A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in data exploration using various programming languages and advanced database knowledge
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop business recommendations
• Support stakeholders with data questions and manage the collection of business and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 8 years of experience in an analytical/quantitative role; additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
• Experience in the healthcare industry, including Appeals and Grievances
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of analytical tools, languages, applications, and platforms
