Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Lead to drive compensation strategies for National Accounts and National Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive compensation strategies and support contingency compensation and incentive programs
• Collaborate with account managers to provide insights on compensation's impact on performance and business outcomes
• Design, implement, and maintain customized incentives aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
