Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data presentations for pharmacy operations and leadership decision-making
• Define statistical and analytical outputs to support pharmacy business leaders in making data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and develop analytic tools and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in an analytical/quantitative role
• 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics and dashboard development
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Mastery of SQL and experience with analytics delivery tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
